current focus

My work moves between technical coordination of complex industrial programmes and systems design (Metha Biofund, DVBC theory). The two share the same intuition: friction between actors with misaligned incentives is where almost all the value in large projects gets lost, and a good chunk of that friction can be programmed away.

Open to conversations with peer collaborators in monetary economics, securities & competition law, DeSci / smart-contract devs, BARDA / ARPA-H / regulatory experts and lab PIs / biomedical researchers.
